A prayerful invocation to the great mother, Maa Kali.
A Note of Reverence and Sincere Respect
I offer this prayerful invocation with deep reverence and respect for Maa Kali and the Hindu traditions that have honored and shown devotion to Her for generations. I am not Hindu. Therefore, I do not claim these traditions as my own nor do I hope to appear as though I have all wisdom of this Energy. This poem arose from genuine and sincere spiritual experience, meditation, study, humility, gratitude, and respect for the Divine Mother and for the people and cultures through whom Her sacred presence is preserved.
I take great honor in being of service to humanity through poetry, writing, teaching, and the crafting of my spiritual essentials. I only hope to be of spiritual aid to those on their personal paths of remembrance and to be a bearer of light into to this world through spiritual studies, spiritual philosophy, intuitive endeavors, and humble devotion.
Thank you for choosing to inner-stand the love, care, and sincerity of this note and poem to the Great Mother.

The time has come, Divine feminine. As foreseen, we are called to restore the balance of this dimension. May we do so in divine love, deep wisdom, and with the guidance of the benevolent forces in this universe. May they protect us as we restore balance and harmony to perpetuate, sustain, and honor all life and Earth Mother.
Return to this prayerful invocation in times of needed balance and protection. The compassion of the Great Mother is never ending and rests within all of us.
May all life on this planet act on behalf of the Mother. And may we always be cloaked in divine love in Her divine order.

Divine Mother, Kali
who protects her children with unforgiving might,
lurid waves of blood and bodies
spill over lands where lambs cry.
The Earth roars and rumbles furiously.
Your brilliant beasts and children mourn
for a time of night to decay the day
where crumbled buildings claimed the grounds.
Cloak us in your raging love!
We honor your karmic dances of death.
Defeat them, Great Goddess.
We beseech your protection from their savagery.
For they have reigned a heinous terror
and unbalanced the flows of universal rhythm.
Let the balance of dark and day
be the emblem of your power.
Let your shadows of darkness
shower over this plane.
For there is no light seen without
the void of black that shines.
Your grace is the shelter that keeps us safe
away from the dread of those
that conquer ruthlessly.
May your darkness be the light that brings life to barren things.
Restore our faith in grace and love
through streams of hate to reclaim this place.
Charm and charge our blood
so that we may be whole
once more.
Exalted Mother, Kali, your power is great.
Your destruction is necessary
to demolish the disorder.
Please give rise to the destructive waves
of your divinely feminine rage.
May your vengeance restore peace in this space.
Divine Mother, creator of all, I thank you.
I thank you for a moment in this body. To be a vessel in which your light dances and your darkness shines. I am but one of many embodiments of your ever expanding wisdom.
Great Mother, You are most greatly compassionate. Thank you for protecting those that read this prayerful invocation to one of your many forms. May those that read be well, restored, replenished, and protected for all the days they live. May your wisdom be what comforts them in times of grief and pause. There is no cause without reason. There is no possibility without your essence. I am forever moved in the most divine ways.
Great Mother, Most intelligent feminine wisdom, guide my steps as we enter into the darkness of the season. For darkness is the womb space in which all things exist. We are the children born from and remain within your womb. Protect us as we descend, for descent leads to ascension.
I am devoted to your divine will. For your will is mine and gives rise to my power.
