Your Gifts Are Not Meant for Consumption.

Updated: Jun 2

There is a deep and quiet exhaustion that settles into the bones of those who see beyond the lucidity of the material. Those whose childhoods were spent in isolation, confusion, longing, and in deep need of guidance became the leaders, guardians, and guides for those who searched for something resonant. They became the elders for those who sought refuge and spiritual safekeeping for restoration, reclamation, and remembrance. The seers, priests, priestesses, manbos, witches, wizards, and sorcerers who experienced suffering became the fires that forged through life’s hardest triumphs. They found themselves, their passions, and purpose amidst the rage and disruption of chaotic deconstruction. They became the beacons of light and empowerment through trial, error, study, and spiritual development by honoring their inner knowing.

Every ritual enhanced and deepened their connection to the Divine, the All, to Source. Every rite was a moment that marked their evolution and unconditional devotion to the restoration of universal balance and harmony. They worked tirelessly to enhance and develop their gifts because to them, their calling was sacred. Their gifts were valued aspects of not only their craft, but life in general. The souls who have dedicated their lives to higher callings found love through forgiveness and evolved by implementing their spiritual gifts. They became the flashing lights to those on the search for heaven in the stars. However, those who searched for salvation and freedom from their transgressions arrived in torn and tainted garments. They arrived with eyes still swollen from the poison of consumerism.

Souls in the spiritual community have unknowingly created a demand for seer-ship, witches, spirit guides in the flesh, but have confused healing with endless and needless consumption. What was once honored as sacred became accessible, profitable, and repeatable for those high on praise which deepened their need for ego fixes. Hundreds of red hearts and tiny blue check marks became the goal for hunters with a hunger for fame and exclusivity. Power hungry shapeshifters with faux eyes and flowy pants became the norm. They, and the starved ones on the search for meaning, were deeply tranced in the glitter of Neptune’s fog. This created a sky high demand for the seers and mystics who truly walked their path — those on the continuous search of tranquility were starved for something they couldn't understand.

Light-workers spend moments immersed in the luminous space between the lucidity of the third dimension and the higher realms. They pierce into other dimensions beyond scientific explanation; they spend time seeing others beyond their conscious actions, words, thoughts and feelings. They pierce into the subterranean layers of the soul’s subconscious. Not by luck, or instruments meant to measure rainfall or electromagnetic waves. They see accurately because they have developed their gifts. Spent moments immersed in training done by the elders, and some alone. Some souls who come to them expect profound answers wrapped in pretty packaging and performance. They have become complacent and comfortable with consuming for the sake of entertainment, which is disrespectful, inconsiderate, and some may say, absurdly ignorant. Still, we see, we give, we express gratuity with the utmost integrity and honesty.

As a seer, witch, priestess and prophetess myself, I have been receiving mass downloads on not only the state of the world, but others in the spiritual community as well. I have this strong sense that some light workers are not just drained from mundane work alone, but they are overrun from being consumed, accessed, and expected to perform for the sake of dopamine hits and quick fixes. Somewhere along the way, gifts that were meant to help us navigate life became performances for those who view the sacred with enchanted eyes entertaining. Sensitivity has become service. Intuition has become production. And many of you have been carrying the silent weight of being treated like a resource instead of a being.

Furthermore, I will also admit that it is not entirely the fault of those who consume alone. As social media became more dominant, and the esoteric more easily accessible, people who follow trends used this to their advantage. What was private became the carrot for competition. And not for healing or integral work — for attention. Where there was attention, there was money to be made. The more money people had, the more freedom they experienced. This played horribly into the claws of capitalism; it created room for exploitation and appropriation. Taxes on spiritual essentials because they are treated as products due to branding as if spirituality is a commodity only available to those who can spend for the prettiest essentials. What about those whose purpose is to aid the collective on spiritual development and evolution?

This is not to say don’t receive wealth as a result of utilizing your spiritual gifts. This isto say that your spiritual gifts and abilities are not meant for needless amusement, entertainment, capitalism, or consumption — unless that is the experience you consciously choose to have. Your ancestors, interstellar and earthly, used their gifts in daily life to enrich how they lived, to deepen connection with themselves and one another, and to remain in rhythm with the universe — living as reflections of infinity in motion. Although our earthly ancestors participated in trade and commerce, they did so with intention, respect, and balance. In this age, corporations run on capitalism and capitalism fuels consumerism. People have spent years of their lives producing for the corporations and systems whose creators frolic in vampirism and hoard wealth. Some have spent decades performing for said creators and are rubbing their eyes ridding them of pixie dust and fairy tales. And the fight now? For our attention. People are rewarded for capturing and maintaining our attention. It’s modern day energy harvesting of both the bait and prey. Therefore, performance appears to be what works to feed their families. If you perform well, you eat well. The more attention you capture, the higher the chance of a check or bank deposit to feed your family. And in the spiritual community, our gifts have become performative, imitated, exploited, and appropriated for the sake of survival.

Needless to say, people who were subjects to “their” system may not know how to separate corporate fiction from the sacred. Some who have become accustomed to consuming content and performance are, unfortunately, wired to expect performance from those of service to the Divine. As this shift in consciousness happens, however, they are starved for depth. Their souls are remembering something from beyond all veils and illusions. This is why they seek you now more than ever. So remember this:

You are, vastly, more valuable than what their capitalistic systems are designed for. And you have every right to live luxuriously whether you decide to use your gifts “professionally” or personally without meeting any false and unrealistic expectations. You are not here to fix, but rather aid in restoring the balance of this universe. You are also here to experience love, joy pleasure, play, and whatever you find enchanting. You are not corporate. You are not a commodity. You are cosmic. A Divine being with vast inner depth holding a profound connection to something larger than social and commercial structures.

That something? LOVE. Infinite LOVE. Your gifts are valuable because YOU are valuable. Being of value does not mean being consumable. It means being impactful for positive change and the evolution of something greater. Your gifts are needed for collective progression, and (even more importantly) your own evolution and experience. I see you, tribe. I see you deeply. I too, have spent moments enhancing and perfecting my craft only to fall into the idea that my gifts and talents were invaluable unless they were consumable or profitable. I too, have taught myself how to wield power without being consumed or castrated. So please, tribe. Set boundaries. Restrict your access. Receive prosperity and release performance. Rest and restore yourself on your path of helping others remember.

How to set your boundaries, restrict your access, rest and restore, receive prosperity, and release performance will be added in a followup post. This ensures depth and allows me room for practical steps with explanations that can be implemented and considered for your spiritual practice.

May you always be supported on your path of love. 🌈🪻⭐️

With divine love and benevolent intentions,
